摘 要:目的:研究杭白菊对衰老模型小鼠肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和丙二醛(MDA)表达的影响,探讨其对肝组织的保护作用。方法:以D-半乳糖建立人工致衰老小鼠并给予杭白菊灌胃处理,ICR雌性小鼠64只,每组16只,随机分成4组,空白对照组、D-半乳糖对照组、维生素E处理组和杭白菊处理组,检测小鼠血清和肝组织中SOD、GSH-PX活性及MDA的含量。结果:杭白菊处理组血清、肝中SOD、GSH-PX含量均高于D-半乳糖对照组(P<0.01),血清MDA低于D-半乳糖对照组(P<0.01)。杭白菊处理组血清、肝中SOD、GSH-PX、血清MDA含量与维生素E处理组及空白对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杭白菊主要通过提高抗氧化酶活性,清除或减少氧自由基和脂质过氧化物而实现其保护肝组织的作用。Objective: To investigate the protective effects of dendranthema morifolium(DM)on liver tissue and expression of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA of liver tissue in D-gal-induced aging mice model.Methods: Sixty-four ICR female mice were randomly divided into control group,D-galactose control group,Vit-E treatment group and the dendranthema morifolium(DM)treatment group,16 rats in each.The aging mice model was established by D-galactose and dealt with DM to measure the content of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA in liver and serum.Results: The content of SOD,GSH-PX in serum and liver in DM group was higher than D-gal-induced aging mice model group(P0.01),but MDA was lower(P0.01).The content of SOD,GSH-PX,MDA in serum and liver in DM group was not significantly difference than that in Vit-E group and normal group(P0.05).Conclusion: The protective effects of DM on liver tissue in D-gal-induced aging mice model are due to enhance SOD and GSH-PX,reduce MDA.
