类风湿性关节炎患者血清HMGB1水平与其他炎性因子的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清HMGB1水平及与RA疾病活动性的关系以及与其他炎性因子IL-17、hs-CRP等的相关性。方法:采用定量EL ISA试剂盒检测70例RA患者(活动期35例,缓解期35例)和35例健康体检者血清中HMGB1、IL-17水平,采用全自动免疫分析仪检测hs-CRP、RF水平。结果:RA患者血清HMGB1水平高于健康对照组,活动期组高于缓解期组,三组间比较差异有统计学意义,RA患者IL-17、hs-CRP、RF水平高于健康对照组,活动期组高于缓解期组,差异有统计学意义,三组间HMGB1阳性率结果比较显示,RA活动期组阳性率为91%,RA缓解期组阳性率为83%,正常对照组阳性率为3%,RA患者高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义,RA患者血清HMGB1水平与IL-17、hs-CRP、RF呈正相关。结论:HMGB1可能参与了RA的发病过程,并与疾病的活动性相关,可以作为临床诊断RA的辅助指标,而且作为一种新型的晚期炎症因子将为疾病的治疗提供新的靶点。Objective：To investigate the serum level of HMGB1 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and study the relationship between serum HMGB1 level and disease status of patients,and study the relationship between HMGB1 level and other inflammatory factors in patients with RA,such as IL-17、hs-CRP and so on. Methods：Using qualitative ELISA-kits to detect serum HMGB1 and IL-17 levels of patients with RA,including 35 active group、35 stable group and 35 normal control,Using automatic immune analysis machine to detect serum hs-CRP and RF levels in patients with RA.Results：The serum level of HMGB1 in patients with RA higher than those of normal control,the result of active group higher than those of stable group,there had a significant difference between three groups,the serum level of IL-17、hs-CRP、RF in patients with RA higher than those of normal control,the result of active group higher than those of stable group,there had a significant difference between three groups,the HMGB1 positive rate between three groups show：active group was 91%,stable group was 83%,normal control was 3%,there had a significant difference between RA group and normal control,Serum HMGB1 level had a positive correlation with IL-17、hs-CRP、RF results in patients with RA.Conclusions：The high expresssion of HMGB1 in RA patients shows that it may play a pathological role in the development of RA,and it may be correlated with the activity of RA,it may be a valuable diagnostic parameter for RA,and it will become a treatment target as a new inflammatory factor that has lately release feature.
