摘 要:用抗病毒中药制剂防治高致病性猪蓝耳病具有较大的潜力,本试验评价了一种自拟组方制备的中药复方抗病毒制剂对猪高致病性蓝耳病(HP-PRRS)人工感染病例的治疗效果。方法:通过气管注射4月龄感染猪,于攻毒后第2d按照0.3、0.6、1mL/kg体重口服该制剂进行治疗,连续饲喂7d;然后分别于投药后的第1、4、7d前腔静脉采血,分离血清,用荧光定量RRT-PCR法检测血清中HP-PRRSV的荷载量。结果显示,与感染对照组相比,该抗病毒制剂能降低血清中HP-PRRSV的病毒荷载量,有效抑制HP-PRRSV在体内的增殖,对HP-PRRS有一定的疗效。Anti-virus Chinese medicine preparation have great potential on the prevention and treatment of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(HP-PRRS) . This experiment evaluated the efficacy of anti-virus compound Chinese medicine preparation to artificial infection case about highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,and the compound Chinese medicine was preparated by a prescription which made up by ourselves. The method was: infected 4 months-age-pigs were injected through the porcine trachea,on the day after the injection respectively oral the medicine in accordance with the 0.3,0.6,1 mL/kg weight dose to treat,fed for 7 days continuous,collected blood from anterior vena cava on the first,fourth and seventh day after dosing respectively,then detach serum and detect the amount of HP-PRRSV load in serum by real-time reverse-transcription PCR(RRT-PCR) . The results showed that this antiviral agent could reduce the amount of HP-PRRSV load in serum,compared with the infection control group,also inhibited proliferation of HP-PRRSV effectively in the body,had a certain efficacy on HP-PRRS.
