我国体育教育专业毕业生就业现状与期望的调查研究——以华东地区11所高等师范院校为例

摘　　要：针对华东地区11所高等师范院校体育教育专业938名毕业生的就业期望与现状的调查显示:体育教育专业毕业生的就业率及就业满意度呈下降趋势,就业期望与现状存在较大的落差,毕业生就业的自我期望值过高,就业目标意识茫然。造成毕业生就业期望与实际就业落差的因素是多元的,必须有针对性地加强对大学生的就业指导工作,健全毕业生就业市场服务体系,大力推进体育教育专业课程体系改革等。Aimed at 938 graduates of physical education majors from 11 normal universities in east China region,the research explores their career expectations and employment status and the result shows that the employment rate and job satisfaction of physical education graduates present a significant downward trend.There is a big gap between career expectations and employment status.They are over-ambitious in the job hunting but unaware of practical target.The reasons that lead to the gap of expectations and practical situation are various.The guidance of job-hunting for the students shall be given with focuses,the employment market service system for the graduates shall be improved and the P.E.course reform shall be strengthened.
