摘　　要：依宪执政是党对解决党政关系这一重大问题的理论觉醒。党的宪法思想的与时俱进是依宪执政题中应有之义,它既满足了宪法作为最高法律效力的需求,也符合宪法内在的逻辑。作为发展中国特色社会主义的一大法宝,党的思想解放引领着党的宪法思想的与时俱进。Taking the state power according to constitution is the theory awakening that the party to solve major problems of the relationship between party and government.The party＇s thoughts on the constitution of keeping pace with the times is the meanings of taking the state power according to constitution.The ideological liberation of the party leading the party＇s thoughts on the constitution to keep pace with the times.
