摘　　要：为适应铁路提速要求,沈阳铁路局实行了"全局一台车"的机车大运用模式,原有的整备管理工作模式已不能满足运营要求。针对整备管理工作信息不畅、不能共享的问题开发了机车整备管理信息系统,建立了机车整备信息平台。阐述了机车整备管理系统的程序设计原理、运行环境、主要功能及其优点。该系统投入运行后,满足预期设计要求。In order to enhance information flow and share information,the system for locomotive preparation management for running was developed.The information plaform for locomotive preparation management for running has been established.The paper discussed the principle of programing for the system,operating environment,mainfunctions and its advantages and disadvantages.The system has been put into operation successfully.
