摘 要:氧化锌矿原浆浮选新技术为973项目"战略有色金属难处理资源高效分离提取的科学基础(2007CB613602)"的重要研究成果。我国氧化锌资源十分丰富,但由于矿石性质复杂导致目前没有得到有效利用。中南大学通过新型药剂的开发应用以及矿浆体系化学调控,成功实现了兰坪氧化铅锌矿的浮选,完成了工业试验,形成了氧化锌矿原浆浮选新技术。该技术具有不脱泥、过程控制稳定以及选矿回水循环利用等特点。相关研究成果申请了4项发明专利,通过了有色金属工业学会组织的专家鉴定,认为具有国际领先水平,2010年11月获得有色金属工业科技进步二等奖。Original pulp flotation technology of the oxidized ore of zinc and lead is an important achievement of Project(2007CB613602)supported by the National Basic Research Program of China.In China,the resource of oxidized ore of zinc is very abundant,but the complicated properties of ores result in that the resource is unavailable now.Central South University(CSU)have succeeded in the flotation of Lanpin Oxide lead-zinc ore by the application of new reagent and controlling the chemical properties of pulp system,and completed the industrial experiment.Meanwhile,the Original pulp floatation technology of the oxidized ore of zinc and lead was developed.In this technology,there are some characteristics,such as that the desliming is not needed,the processing is very stable and easy to control,and the waste water can be recycled.The related research achievements have applied for four patents,and this technology was authenticated by the experts organized by China Nonferrous Metals industrial Association,these experts all regarded this technology is an international advanced technology.In October 2010,this technology was awarded the "Second-class Award for Science and Technology Progress of National Nonferrous Metals Industry".
