摘　　要：作为玉米淀粉的副产品之一,玉米淀粉渣中蛋白质和可消化纤维含量高,具有较高的饲用价值。同时价格低廉,是奶牛的理想饲料。本文就玉米淀粉渣的饲用价值、对奶牛泌乳性能的影响、瘤胃消化代谢及瘤胃内环境的影响等方面进行了综述。A by-product of the wet milling industry, corn gluten feed containing the high level of protein and digestible fiber not only has a strong feeding value, but also has relatively low cost, that is one of the ideal feedstuff for dairy cattle. The article discussed the feeding value of corn gluten feed and effect of corn gluten feed on lactation performance and rumen digestion and rumen environment, and so on.
