摘　　要：绥满高速G10哈尔滨至大庆段（以下简称“哈大高速公路”）全长132公里，位于啥大齐工业走廊和哈牡绥对俄产业带的核心位置，于1997年10月通车。从运营情况看，由于交通量快速增长、大吨位重型运输车辆比例逐年增加，公路破损严重，Accident black spots and key sectors are identified based on analysis on highway alignment,traffic operation and traffic safety of Ha-Da Expressway.Further more,two kinds of traffic closed scheme are put forward and analyzed for advantages and disadvantages;additionally,a recommendations mode is suggested.Finally,traffic organization programs are proposed separately according to actual situation of different traffic nodes and standard sector,especially for the entrance sector,interchange sector,toll gate sector,accident black spot sector,and etc.It shows that it＇s an effective technical support for Ha-Da Expressway overhaul project.
