摘  要:测定发现,家蚕滞育卵胚胎发育全过程中,蜕皮激素和保幼激素含量的变化辐度较大,保幼激素含量与胚胎发育进程的关系密切,保幼激素含量又与蜕皮激素含量有关。因此认为,虽然蜕皮激素和保幼激素对胚胎滞育性没有决定作用,但蜕皮激素和保幼激素相互拮抗又相互协调,对滞育激素控制的胚胎发育进程起某种调节作用。It was found that the content of moulting and juvenile hormones varied during the embryonic development of diapause eggs.The Content of juvenile hormone was closely related with the development of embryoes and varied with the content of moulting hormone Therefore,it is considered that,although moulting hormone and juvenile hormone do not control decisively the diapause of embryoes,they antagonistically and cooperatively regulate the process of the embryonic development which is controlled by diapause hormone.
