摘  要:利用人工接虫技术能早期鉴定林木抗虫性,缩短林木育种周期.作者于1997 年进行早期鉴定方法的探讨,1998 年在1997 年的基础上采用网室接种天牛成虫、树干套笼接种成虫、接种幼虫3种方法进行接种试验.3 种接种试验结果比较一致.接种成虫的产卵数、孵化幼虫数( 虫口密度) 在糖槭、合作杨、中林34 上多,林木受害严重;在新疆杨、毛白杨、河北杨上少,林木受害较轻;刺槐、臭椿基本免受危害.接种幼虫试验,幼虫成活率在糖槭、合作杨上高,在毛白杨、河北杨、新疆杨上比较低,在刺槐、臭椿上最低.试验结果与宁夏地区光肩星天牛危害调查的各树种对天牛的抗性相吻合.3 种方法进行早期鉴定都是可行、有效、简便的.Artificially inoculating pest could identify resistance of different tree species, thus the tree breeding period greatly shortened.Based on the preliminary research in 1997, three inoculation methods were used in 1998:a. the A.glabripennis adults were inoculated in cages, b. the adults were inoculated on the bole which was circled with cages and c. inoculated on bark. The results of these three methods were similar. The amounts of oviposition and hatching were more on Acer negundo, P.opera Hsu and Zhonglin 34 than P.alba var. pyramidalis Bge., P.tomentosa Carr. and P.hopeiensis Hu et Chow. Robinia pseudoacacia and Ailanthus altissima (Mill) Swingle were almost immune. The survival rate of larvae inoculated on Acer negundo, P.opera Hsu, P.tomentosa Carr., P.hopeiensis Hu et Chow and P.alba var. pyramidalis Bge. was lower; on Robinia pseudoacacia L. and Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle,it was the lowest.
