利用籼稻广亲和恢复系选育三系杂交组合的研究

摘　　要：对用籼型恢复系与粳型广亲和系０２４２８杂交选育出的５个农艺性状较好的新的籼型恢复系进行了恢复力和亲和性测定。结果表明：所测５个株系对粤泰Ａ恢复力正常，其中４个对珍汕９７Ａ和协青早Ａ育性恢复度在８０％以上；与常规粳稻品种杂交的Ｆ１亲和力亦较好；９２０２４和９２０２５能分别使粳型不育系泗稻８号Ａ育性恢复到７４．７％和７７．３％。新育成的籼型广亲和恢复系与不同类型的不育系配组，都能选育出产量水平高于对照种汕优６３的组合。为利用籼型广亲和系选育三系品种间和亚种间杂交组合提供了可能性。Themainbarrieristheincompatibilityincrossingbetweenindicaandjaponica.Theexploitationofthewidecompatibility(WC)geneofferseffectiveapproachestotheuseofheterosisbetweenindicaandjaponica.ThepurposeofthisstudywastoprobethepossibilitytodevelophybridsbetweenindicaandjaponicabycrossingbetweenindicaorjaponicaCMSlinesandwidecompatiblerestorerlines(WCRlines).Indicarestorers7200582020820227626772017etcwerecrossedwithWCstrain02428todevelopWCRlines,andanumberofWCRlineshavebeendeveloped.Inthisstudy,thecompatibilityandrestoringabilityof5selections(96021-96025)weretestedbycrossingthemwithindicaandjaponicaCMSlinesorvarieties.5selectionsallshowednormalspikeletfertilitywhencrossedwithindicaCMSlineYuetaiA(Honglingtype)andjaponicastrain72035,fourselections(96021,96022,96024and96025)hadfertilityabove80%whencrossedwithindicatypeCMSlinesZhenshan97AandXieqingzaoA,96024and96025hadfertility747%and773%respectivelywhencrossedwithjaponicaCMSlineSidao8A.Someofthemshowinggreaterproductivitythancheckhybridshanyou63(Table3).TheinterHJ
