超声引导下不同方法肾活检在肾病诊断治疗预后的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下肾活检在肾病诊断治疗预后的诊断价值;方法:应用自动活检枪及18G枪用活检针在彩超引导下对67例肾脏疾病患者进行经皮肾穿刺活检;结果:共穿刺次数195次,取出满意标本186条,所取材每条病检肾小球4～27个,平均15个,成功率95%;结论:超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检是一种更准确、安全、并发症少而有效的方法,可获得最终的病理诊断,为进一步治疗提供科学的依据。Objective： To explore the value of ultrasound - guided renal biopsy in renal disease diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Methods： The ultrasound -guided needle biopsy of 67 patients with automatic biopsy gun and 18G biopsy needle. Results： In a total of 195 needle biopsies; 186 satisfaction of 4 -27 glomerulus in each specimen, An average of 15 success rate 95%. Conclusion： Ultrasound -guided percutaneous renal biopsy is a more accurate, safe and effective method with few complications. The final patho- logical diagnosis can be established. To provide a scientific basis for further clinical treatment.
