联合应用网塞与偏心孔补片治疗复发性股疝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨网塞与偏心孔补片治疗复发性股疝的临床价值。方法对2005年8月-2010年9月32例复发性股疝行无张力修补术的患者进行回顾性分析。观察复发性股疝患者术后复发原因、手术方法、应用材料、术后并发症及术后随访。结果本组患者经再次手术均治愈。术后未发生严重并发症,无复发病例。结论联合应用网塞与偏心孔补片治疗复发性股疝可同时修补腹股沟管后壁及股环,为防止股疝再次复发提供了双保险。为一种即安全又有效的新式手术方法,有临床实际价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value, of the network plug and the eccenteric hole patch in the treatment of recurrent femoral hernia. Methods During August 2005 to September 2010 herni in hospital, thirty - two cases of recurrent femoral hernia patients undergone tension - free orrhaphy were analyzed retrospectively. Recurrence causes of disease recurrence time, surgical methods, applied materials, postoperative complications and postoperative follow- up were observed. Results The patients were cured after reoperation. No serious postoperative complications,and no further recurrence. ConcLusion The combination of mesh plug and eccentric holes patch treatment of recurrent femoral hernia can also repair the posterior wall of the inguinal canal and femoral ring, and provide double insurance to prevent further recurrence of femoral hernia. It is a new style that is safe and effective surgical methods with clinical value.
