摘　　要：针对原事故氯处理工艺存在的缺点,增加1台二级吸收塔、2个二级碱液配制循环槽、变频控制器等,对系统进行改造,保证了生产安全。In order to solve the shortcomings existing in the old process of accident chlorine treatment, the system was reformed, such as adding a two-stage absorption tower, two tanks of mixing recycled seeondary alkali solution, variable frequency change controller and so on, and thus the safe production was guaranteed.
