摘　　要：针对高校科技成果的活化力低 ,本身的优势强度不够的现状 ,从科研选题、课题的跟踪管理、中试环节以及科技人才管理的运行机制等 。Based on the scientific research selection,its following management,intermediate test and running mechanism of scientific talents,countermeasures are discussed to solve this problem that activation capacity of scientific and technologic achievements in colleges is low and their superiority is not clear. This aims at promoting the activation of scientific and technologic achievements in colleges.
