摘　　要：矿产资源开发整合是优化矿山开采布局,提高矿产资源开发利用水平,改善矿山安全生产状况和矿山生态环境等方面的重要举措。针对我国矿产资源开发面临的资源浪费严重与环境污染问题,进行矿产资源开发整合有其必要性和紧迫性。在实施的过程中也形成了多种矿产资源开发整合模式。三年多来的矿产资源开发整合成就也说明矿产资源开发整合重要举措的及时性和正确性。This paper points out that integration of development and utilization of mineral resources,which is aimed at the problems of serious waste of resources and environmental pollution in the exploitation of mineral resources in China,is an important act for optimizing the mining layout;improving the development and utilization of mineral resources,as well as the safety in production of mine and the mine ecological environment.A variety of integration of mineral resources development has formed these years,and the results show clearly that this procedure is correct.
