摘　　要：在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,城乡和谐是其重要的内容之一,而城乡走向和谐需要文化的支撑。因此,应当在社会主义和谐文化的统领下促进城乡文化的和谐发展。在对湖北省长阳土家族自治县和恩施市两地的城乡文化发展现状和存在的问题进行调查的基础上,就城乡文化和谐发展的意义、城乡文化和谐发展与不和谐发展的表现以及促进城乡文化和谐发展的对策等方面进行阐释。In building a harmonious society,urban and rural harmony is very important.Harmonious development between urban and rural needs culture to support.On the basis of carrying out a survey on cultural development in urban and rural in Enshi and Changyang of Hubei province,this paper interprets the significance of the harmonious development,expression of development of urban and rural culture and the countermeasures to promote the development of urban and rural culture.
