摘  要:对来自小麦品系WT59的3个抗镰刀菌毒素变异细胞系的细胞膜透性、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性及其11个稳定再生株系(R3)的田间抗赤霉特性进行了研究,结果表明:3个变异细胞系的细胞膜透性低于对照系,PAL活性高于对照系。在不同浓度毒素胁迫条件下,抗性变异系的细胞膜透性和PAL活性变化较小,表现出一定的稳定性。从3个变异系中再生出的11个稳定株系其抗赤霉特性显著高于对照系,部分材料的抗扩展特性达到或接近抗性品种苏麦三号。The cell membrane permeability and phenylalanine ammoni a-lyase activity of three Fusarium graminearum crude toxin resistant varian t lines and scab resistance of eleven lines regeneretCd from three Fusarium graminearum crude toxin resistant variant cell lines were studied. The results showed that the cell membrance permeability was lower and phenylalanine ammon ialyase was higher in the three vagrant cell lines than in the control. Under different concentration of the crude toxin stress, change range of the cell mem brane Permeability and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity in three variant cell lines were lower than those of control. Scab-resistance of eleven lines regene I'atCd from three variant cell lines were significantly higher than that of contr of and scab resistance of some regeneretion lines were nearly or as same as Su M ei No.. 3.
