摘　　要：目的：探讨肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血的护理措施.方法：对我科收治的38例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者其临床特征、治疗方法、护理措施进行总结和归纳.结果：经积极治疗和精心护理,30例（78.9% ） 抢救成功,病情稳定后出院,8例死亡（21.1%）,死亡率低于文献报道.结论：在救治过程中能否有效的止血、挽回患者生命,医生准确的诊断、正确的治疗方案和护士精心、细致、科学的护理同等重要,缺一不可.Objective： To investigate nursing measures for patients with cirrhosis and esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods： The clinical features, treatment and nursing measures of 38 patients admitted to our department with cirrhosis and esophageal variceal bleeding were reviewed and summarized. Results： After active treatment and intensive care, 30 patients （78.9%） were successfully rescued and discharge, 8 patients died （21. 1%） ; the mortality rate is lower than reported in the literature. Conclusion： In the treatment process to stop bleeding and to restore the lives of pa- tients, doctors accurate diagnosis, proper treatment and nurses＇ careful, meticulous, scientific care are equally important and indispensable.
