摘　　要：目的：研究动态心电图在揭示房室结双径路（DAVNP）中的应用价值及临床意义.方法：对65例在动态心电图直接显示DAVNP的心电图特征进行了回顾性分析.结果：65例患者的动态心电图均出现P-R间期跳跃性的改变.结论：动态心电图中P-R间期的跳跃性改变提示DAVNP的存在,为临床诊治提供更多依据.Objective To study the value of dynamic electrocardiogram（DCG） in diagnosis of dual atrioventricular nodal pathways（DAVNP） and its clinical significance. Methods The feature of the DCGs that revealed DAVNP in 65patients was retrospectively analyzed. Results There were sud- den changes of PR interval in the DCGs of all the 65patients. Conclusions Sudden changes of PR interval in DCG can demonstrate DAVNP , which may be an aid to the diagnosis and clinical treatment.
