摘  要:为了克服第三代脉管制冷机存在的制冷温度不稳定的缺陷, 本文从提高脉管制冷效率, 进一步降低制冷温度的角度, 对有阀型小孔脉管制冷机进行了研究。通过理论计算和实验改进, 有阀型单级脉管制冷机取得了 34 K 的无负荷制冷温度,在 80 K 获得30 W 以上的制冷功率, 其制冷效率达到国外同类商品型有阀脉管制冷机的水平。Research and development of pulse tube refrigerators have reached such a stage that commercial products have been already developed for temperatures around 77K.However,there are still some rooms for further study,such as improvement of efficiency,stability of cooling temperature.From the viewpoint of improving the efficiency and decreasing the cooling temperature,extensive experiments have been done on self made and designed Valve type orifice pulse tube refrigerator to make the cooling temperature stable.The lowest temperature of 34K and cooling power of up to 30W at 80K have been obtained.The efficiency can be comparable with that of commercial products.
