镧离子对溶液中tRNA构象影响的拉曼光谱研究

摘　　要：得到了大肠杆菌亮氨酸转移核糖核酸（ｔＲＮＡＬｅｕ）及镧离子对溶液中ｔＲＮＡ构象影响的激光拉曼光谱，实验发现拉曼光谱能够提供溶液状态中ｔＲＮＡＬｅｕ的核糖磷酸骨架构象、碱基堆积的相对程度、碱基对的一些特殊信息。Laser raman spectra of E.coli leucine transfer RNA(tRNALeu)and the effect of lanthanum ion on tRNA conformation in solution have been obtained.The raman spectra of tRNALeu has been found specifically to yield information about the conformation of the ribophosphate backbone and the relative extent of base stacking and base pairing in aqueous solution.It is a powerful method of comparing the molecule in difference configuration.
