摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿游泳对新生儿血生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(GAS)水平及体重的影响。方法:选择2008年6月~2010年2月剖宫产的足月新生儿42例为观察组,34例为对照组。观察组新生儿第一次游泳在出生后4~5 h进行,第一天1次,以后每天2次,共10次;出院后每周游泳≥3次。对照组新生儿出生第1~5天进行常规沐浴,出院后不游泳或每周游泳<3次。两组新生儿在出生当时、生后第3天、5天、42天测量体重;出生后第3天抽取第1次血、第42天抽取第2次血,采用放射免疫分析法检测SS、GAS水平。结果:观察组新生儿生理性体重下降恢复快,第5天及42天体重明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生后第3天空腹血中SS和GAS水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生后第42天观察组SS水平较第3天低,但对照组SS水平无明显变化,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生后第42天GAS水平观察组明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿游泳可使其GAS水平增高,增进食欲,促进生长发育。Objective: To explore the effect of neonatal swimming on neonatal body weight, blood somatostatin and gastrin levels. Methods: 42 and 34 full -term neonates delivered by cesarean section from June 2008 to February 2010 were selected as observation group and control group, respectively ; the neonates in observation group began to swim at 4 - 5 hours after birth, once on the first day, then twice a day for i0 times, after leaving the hospital, the neonates swam more than three times a week; the neonates in control group had a bath conventionally at 1 -5 days after birth, after leaving the hospital, the neonates didnt swim or swam less than three times a week; the neonates in the two groups were weighed at birth and on the third, fifth and 42nd day after birth; the blood samples were extracted on the third and 42nd day after birth, respectively; radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of somatostatin and gastrin. Results: The recovery of neonatal physiological weight loss in observation group returned quickly, the body weights of neonates on the fifth day and 42nd day in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; on the third day after birth, there was no significant difference in the levels of somatostatin and gastrin in blood between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; in observation group, the level of somatostatin on the 42nd day after birth was significantly lower than that on the third day after birth, but there was no significant difference in control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; on the 42rid day after birth, the level of gastrin in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Neonatal swimming can increase the level of gastrin, improve the appetite, growth and development of neonates.
