摘　　要：目的:探讨高频电刀环切术(LEEP)在治疗宫颈良性赘生物中的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月～2009年6月应用LEEP诊治宫颈良性赘生物237例,分别于术后1、3、6个月及1年复诊观察疗效。结果:手术时间平均2 min,术中出血0.5～20 ml。术后病理宫颈炎性息肉65例,宫颈纤维型息肉52例,宫颈尖锐湿疣14例,宫颈囊腺瘤38例,宫颈肌瘤15例,宫颈良性赘生物伴CIN病变10例,宫颈血管瘤1例,乳头状瘤23,慢性炎症32例。术后1、3、6个月及1年复诊,宫颈光滑、病变部位上皮恢复为化生鳞状上皮-成熟的鳞状上皮、宫颈的正常形态及大小基本恢复到正常状态的病例数分别为169例、220例、225例及232例。结论:LEEP治疗宫颈良性赘生物操作简单、出血少、术后并发证少、疗效好、复发率低、不需住院、费用少。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in treatment of benign cervical neoplasm. Methods ： 237 cases with benign cervical neoplasm who were treated with LEEP from January 2007 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively, the clinical efficacies were observed at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment. Results： The operation time was 2 minutes on average, the amount of blood loss during operation was 0. 5 -20 ml on average; the postoperative pathological results showed that the numbers of cases with cervical inflammatory polyp, cervical fibrous polyp, cervical condyloma accuminatum, cervical cystadenoma, cervical myoma, benign cervical neoplasm combined with CIN lesions, cervical hemangioma, papilloma and chronic inflammation were 65,52, 14, 38, 15, 10, 1, 23 and 32, respectively ; after reexamination at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment, the numbers of cases whose cervix became smooth, epithelium of lesion place returned to metaplastic squamous epithelium - mature squamous epithelium, cervical shape and size returned to normal were 169,220,225 and 232, respectively. Conclusion： LEEP is simple, less bleeding, less postoperative complications with good clinical efficacy, low recurrent rate and low expense in treatment of benign cervical neoplasm, which doesnt need hospitalization.
