摘　　要：本文论述了大口径钢质管道3PE生产设备中采用的新技术:熔体泵、双机并联共挤出聚乙烯、中频系统功率因数自动补偿装置、微电脑控制自动喷码机等。在实际生产大口径钢质管道3PE防腐过程中,取得了较好的使用效果。The paper discussed a new technology used to the equipment produce 3PE with big caliber steel piping： melt pump, double machine parallel connection extrude PE, the power factor automatic compensation equipment of meedium frequency system, microcomputer control automatic ink jet printer and so on, which have a good effect in practice manufacture the big caliber steel piping 3PE.
