强心药匹莫苯单水合物新合成方法研究

摘　　要：以乙酰苯胺和３－氯－２－甲基丙酰氯为起始原料，经８步反应即合成新型强心药匹莫苯（Ｐｉ－ｍｏｂｅｎｄａｎ）单水合物，总收率达１７．３％。除对所涉及的硝化、还原反应及精制方法作了改进外。Start from acetanilide and 3chloro2methylpropionyl chloride, Pimobendan monohydrate was synthesized in 8 steps of reaction with a yield of 17.3%. The reaction conditions of nitration and reduction were improved and direct recrystallizing for the crude product was used instead of column chromatography. The monohydrate form of Pimobendan was first reported.
