摘 要:总结了目前主要的用于半实物仿真的红外场景生成技术,分析了其优缺点并介绍了其目前的发展水平,同时介绍了近几年出现的几种新方法,例如:具有高动态范围的基于微机电系统—可变光学衰减器(MEMS-VOA)技术的空间光调制器、适用于远红外波段成像的微型F-P腔阵列、利用第二型量子阱结构理论制作的带间级联红外LED阵列、使像素具有光子晶体结构从而实现高温辐射的光子晶体型红外场景生成器、利用红外辐射光纤作为光源和像素的红外场景生成器、采用Bly Cell的转换原理和光纤面阵结构形式的光纤面阵型可见光/红外图像转换器以及复合型红外场景生成器等。最后对红外场景生成技术的未来发展方向和趋势作了分析和展望。The current major infrared scene projection technology were summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and current level of development was described.Some new methods in recent years were introduced,such as the technology with a high dynamic range of MEMS-VOA(variable optical attenuator) based spatial light modulator;the F-P micro-cavity array which was better for far-infrared spectral imaging;packaged IR LED array by using type II quantum well structure theory;infrared scene generator whose pixels with photonic crystal structure in order to achieve high-temperature radiation;infrared scene generator with infrared radiation fiber as light source and its pixel;visible/infrared image converter with fiber array structure by using the conversion principle of Bly Cell and formation of fiber array;complex infrared scene generator etc.The development trends of the infrared scene projection techniques were analyzed in the end.
