摘 要:在目标跟踪系统中,由于大气湍流的影响导致光波振幅和相位的起伏。为了能够精确地跟踪目标,首先必须消除大气湍流造成的光斑抖动。文中主要介绍了一种基于压电陶瓷(PZT)的激光大气传输倾斜校正系统,系统由两部分组成:探测系统和校正系统。探测系统使用可以直接探测光斑重心位置的位敏传感器(PSD);校正系统使用压电陶瓷驱动的高速倾斜镜。分析了系统的校正性能,实验结果表明:该系统具有良好的鲁棒性和实时性,跟踪精度可达到0.6μrad,对大气湍流引起的信标光斑抖动有很好的抑制作用,能够满足激光大气传输倾斜校正的精度要求。In object tracking system,the amplitude and phase of the beacon light is fluctuated which is caused by the atmosphere turbulence.In order to track the target accurately,the facular vibration made by the atmosphere turbulence should be avoided.In this paper,the tilt correction system for laser atmospheric propagation based on PZT was introduced.The system was composed of detection and correction system.The position sensitive device(PSD) which could directly get the centroid of facular was used as the detector,and the fast steering mirror(FSM) driven by PZT was used by correction system.The capability of correction was analyzed.The experimental results demonstrate that the performance of robust and real time is powerful.The absolute error of correction precision is less than 0.6 μrad.The facular vibration of beacon light is effectively suppressed.The correction precision can satisfy the requirement of the tilt correction system for laser atmospheric propagation.
