摘  要:采用纳米TiO2和Ekonol填充改性聚四氟乙烯,研究了复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,并讨论了磨损机理。研究表明:Ekonol含量为20%时,磨损率最低,仅为0.98×10-6mm3/(N·m)。纳米TiO2的存在能够很好地改善10%Ekonol/PTFE复合材料的耐磨性能,纳米TiO2含量为6%时,复合材料的磨损率大大降低,较10%Ekonol/PTFE又降低了27%。SEM分析表明:PTFE纯样的磨损表面为严重的粘着磨损;Ekonol/PTFE复合材料的磨损表面为轻微的粘着磨损;nano-TiO2/Ekonol/PTFE复合材料的磨损表面出现磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损。The effects of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)-based composites filled with Ekonol and nano-TiO2 on friction and wear properties were studied,and discussed the wear mechanism of composites.The result showed: when Ekonol mass fractions were 20%,the wear rate of Ekonol/PTFE composites was lowest,only 0.98×10-6mm3/(N·m).Nano-TiO2 was good at the abrasive resistance of 10%Ekonol/PTFE composites,when nano-TiO2mass fractions were 6%,the wear rate of nano-TiO2 /Ekonol/PTFE composites was largely decreased,less than 10%Ekonol/PTFE composites 27%.SEM analysis showed: the wear mechanism of pure PTFE was seriously adhesive wear;the wear mechanism of Ekonol/PTFE composites was slightly adhesive wear;the wear mechanism of ano-TiO2 /Ekonol/PTFE composites was abrasive wear and fatigue wear.
