摘 要:以聚砜中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,哌嗪(PIP)为水相反应单体,均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为有机相反应单体,通过界面聚合法制备聚酰胺复合纳滤膜。研究了水相单体浓度、有机相单体浓度、热处理温度和时间等条件对复合膜分离性能的影响;并初步探讨了操作压力、料液温度和pH值等操作条件对复合膜分离性能的影响。实验结果表明,在0.7MPa,25℃下,所制备的复合膜对1g·L-1MgSO4的截留率为97.49%,水通量为33.81 L·m-2·h-1。Polyamide composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization of piperazine(PIP) as the aqueous phase monomer and trimesoyl chloride(TMC) as the organic phase monomer on the surface of polysulfone(PSF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane as the base film.The effects of the concentration of PIP aqueous solution,the concentration of TMC organic solution,heat treating temperature and time on the separation performance of composite membranes were investigated.The influences of operating conditions such as operating pressure,temperature and pH value of feed solution on the performance of composite membranes were discussed.From the experiment results,at 0.7MPa and 25℃,the rejection of NF membrane was 97.49% to 1g·L-1MgSO4 as well as the flux was 33.81 L·m-2·h-1.
