摘 要:以丁腈橡胶为基体,白炭黑为增强材料,混入高吸水树脂和其他橡胶助剂制备出树脂型丁腈基遇水膨胀橡胶。研究了吸水树脂用量、白炭黑用量对吸水膨胀橡胶的力学性能和吸水膨胀性能的影响,并研究了硫化时间、介质温度对吸水膨胀行为的影响。结果表明:吸水树脂用量的增加有利于提高橡胶膨胀性能,但力学性能降低;白炭黑用量的增加有利于提高力学性能和膨胀性能;硫化时间短吸水速度快,最大吸水膨胀倍率高;浸泡介质温度升高,在淡水及矿化度水中的最大吸水膨胀倍率均提高。Water-swelling rubbers based on nitrile butadiene rubber were prepared by nitrile butadiene rubber as matrix,silica as the reinforced agent,polyacrilic sodium as absorbent water resin etc..The influence of absorbent water resin and silica content on the mechanical properties and water absorption expansion properties of water-swelling nitrile butadiene rubber were studied.The influence of vulcanization time and the temperature of media on expansion properties were also investigated.The results showed that water absorption expansion ratio increased and the mechanical properties were decreased with an increase in the content of absorbent water resin.Both the expansion ratio and mechanical properties enhenced with increase of silica content.The speed of water absorption and maximum of water absorption expansion ratio of WSR with short curing time super to that of WSR with longer curing time.The maximum water absorption expansion ratio increased in fresh water or salinity water with an increase in immersion medium temperature.
