摘　　要：研究了用铁（Ⅲ）－缓冲溶液－１，１０－二氮菲混合溶液为显色剂，直接测定水中亚硫酸盐的各种条件，以及显色溶液的组成比例对测定的影响，提出的分析方法应用于地表水和地下水中亚硫酸盐的测定，获得了满意的结果。方法最低检出浓度为０．０５２ｍｇ／Ｌ，加标回收率为９８．１～１０１％，变异系数小于１０％This article presents a new method of spectrophotometry for direct determination of sulfite in water with Fe()-buffer solution-o-phenan-throline as color reagent.The method was applied to the determination of trace sulfite in water with satisfactory results.The relative standard deviotion was less than 10%,and the recovery for the added standard sulfite reached 98.1101%.The detection limit was 0.052mg/L sulfite.
