摘 要:采用湿法和微波法对聚酯纤维样品进行消解,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱联用仪(ICP-MS)对样品中TiO2含量进行了测定,得到湿法消解样品测定值2 857.46μg/g(相对标准偏差为1.08%),微波消解样品测定值2 599.21μg/g(相对标准偏差为2.76%)。分别测定了两种消解方法的检出限,湿法消解检出限为4.0μg/g,微波消解检出限为9.5μg/g。进行了加标回收试验,湿法消解加标回收率范围84.82%~98.57%,平均回收率为94.20%;微波消解加标回收率范围82.04%~104.18%,平均回收率为87.76%。通过比较发现,湿法消解更有利于聚酯纤维样品的消解。The polyester samples were digested by wet and microwave methods, and the results of sample reproducibility tested by ICP - MS were obtained. Measured values of wet digestion sample was 2857.46 μg/g ( RSD was 1.08% ) , and that of microwave digestion sample was 2 599.21 μg/g (RSD was 2.76% ). The detection limits of the two methods were obtained, the detection limit of wet digestion was 4.0 μg/g, and that of microwave digestion was 9.5 μg/g. The spiked recovery testing was carried out, the range of wet method was 84.82% -98.57% ( average value was 94.20% ) , and that of microwave method was 82.04% - 104.18% ( average value was 87.76% ). By comparison, the wet digestion method is more beneficial to digest the polyester samples.
