摘　　要：在研究中国国际金融战略时,应更多从国际政治经济学的角度,充分考虑政治、外交等因素,而不仅从经济学的角度。应处理好经济与政治、中国与外部世界、国家与市场,以及整体与局部的关系。关键问题是政府职能界定和中国在世界的定位。The study of international financial strategies in China should focus on political and diplomatic factors and take into consideration international political economy instead of economics alone.It should take into account four major relations,namely,relationship between economy and politics,relationship between China and the outside world,relationship between the nation and the market and relationship between China's national and local interests.The core issue is how the government defines its functions and how China defines its status in the world.
