摘　　要：人民币国际化以人民币区域化为起点。中国在东亚区域的经济联系以及中国参与东亚区域金融合作的制度建设构成人民币扩展在东亚区域使用的基础。将香港发展为在有限的资本项目可兑换下人民币走出国门的岸外市场,以及发挥人民币在东亚区域汇率协调中的作用是实现人民币区域化路径中的重要环节。这将推动人民币成为区域储备货币、锚货币甚至载体货币。RMB regionalization shall be the starting point of RMB internationalization.Whether the RMB can expand its role in Asia lies in China's increasing economic integration with the region and China's active involvement with East Asian financial cooperation.Going forward,HK SAR should develop intoa RMB offshore market under current limited convertibility of China's capital account.The RMB shall play a crucial role in East Asian exchange rate coordination in the future,which can foster some basic international functions of the RMB as a reserve,anchor and even a vehicle currency.
