摘　　要：本文报告117例颅内血管行 DSA 检查的结果。Ⅳ-DSA28例次,IA-DSA96例次。Ⅳ-DSA 图象优良率为85.7%,IA-DSA 为100%,IA-DSA 要优于Ⅳ-DSA。IA-DSA的优点在于:图象质量高,分辨力与常规动脉造影类似,能发现微小病变,利用 DSA 时间-密度曲线可作脑血流的功能分析,实时成象有利于栓塞操作,IA-DSA 所用造影剂浓度低,减少了并发症。文章对进一步改善图象质量的方法进行了讨论。Intracranial vessels were evaluated in 117 patients with digital subtraction angio-grapby(DSA).Ⅳ-DSA examination was performed in 28 cases,IA-DSA in 96 cases.The imaging quality of Ⅳ-DSA was excellent and good in 85.7% cases,IA-DSA in100%.IA-DSA was superior to Ⅳ-DSA.The major advantage of IA-DSA are asfollows:the resolution of imaging was similar to conventional arteriography;IA-DSAis capable of detecting subtle lesions;analysis of DSA time-density curve allowsfunctional study of the cerebral blood flow;real-time imaging is useful for emboliza-tion,the lower concentration of the contrast media diminishes morbidity.Measures toimprove the imaging quality were suggested.
