摘 要:KTC80型切丝机排链配件国产化后,上排链拉脱拉断故障频繁发生。为此,分析并确定了排链运动时频繁拉脱拉断的主要原因是排链受力不均衡,且缺乏校正工具自动对排链进行对中校正,控制排链跑偏。通过对运动中的排链三维受力模型分析,设计制作了一套上排链校正工具,当排链经过校正工具时,自动对排链进行对中校正,排链与滚轮的接触为滚动接触,对排链的磨损较小。校正工具的使用有效杜绝了排链跑偏现象,排链拉脱拉断的频次明显减少,经过对切丝机9个月的跟踪观察,故障次数由原来的4次减少为1次,排链更换量由280根减少为70根,排链磨损量由平均4.5 mm减少为平均0.8mm,节约了更换配件费用。In KTC80 tobacco cutter with domestic parts for compression bands,the slat in the top band tended to be pulled off or broken.It was found that it was caused mainly by uneven force as the band was in bias travelling.Basing on three-dimensional load model analysis,a kit for centering top band was designed.The bands were automatically centered when they passed by the centering kit,and the rolling contact between the band and roller reduced band wear and ensured band's normal running.The results of nine months' running indicated that the number of band failure reduced from four times to once,the number of replaced slats decreased from 280 to 70 and average wear of slat reduced from 4.5 mm to 0.8 mm.
