摘　　要：本文介绍一种治疗鼻中隔偏曲的新型手术方法——鼻中隔成形术。本组病例研究结果表明此术疗效满意,在矫正中隔偏曲畸形,改善鼻腔通气功能的同时,又可避免鞍鼻畸形、鼻中隔穿孔等并发症发生,故较常规的 Killian 氏手术为优。是目前治疗鼻中隔偏曲畸形最理想的手术方法。A new surgical technique for septonasal deviation—nasoseptoplasty is reported.Theresult of the group of 17 cases who had undergone the operation was satisfactory incorrection of the septonasal deviation,with improvement of the nasal cavity,avoidingcomplications such as saddle-nose,perforation of the septum,etc.Therefore,theprocedure is superior to Killian's operation.It is an ideal operative procedure forthe septonasal deviation at present.
