湿润暴露疗法在黄磷烧伤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗黄磷烧伤的临床疗效。方法对2001年1月至今接诊的42例黄磷烧伤采用MEBT治疗的病历资料进行回顾性总结。结果治愈出院25例,其余好转病例在家中接受治疗,全部治愈。结论 MEBT治疗黄磷烧灼伤安全易行,疗效可靠。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of MEBT in the treatment of yellow phosphorous burn injuries. Methods Retrospectively summarized the medical records of 42 cases with yellow phosphorous burn injuries treated by MEBT since January 2001. Results 25 cases were heated and discharged. The others were improved and treated at home until fully recovered. Conclusion It is an easy and simple way with reliable efficacy to apply MEBT in the treatment of phosphorous burn injuries.
