摘　　要：目的回顾性总结MEBO治疗大面积感染创面的临床效果及其临床应用价值。方法自2008年10月至2010年4月间,我科收治12例大面积感染创面患者,采用创面外涂MEBO,加强全身营养支持,抗感染,保护脏器功能,肉芽组织明显增生后刃厚皮片植皮等治疗。结果 12例患者18处创面应用MEBO治疗后感染症状逐渐消失,新生肉芽组织新鲜。结论 MEBO治疗大面积感染创面可以明显控制感染,促进创面愈合,减轻工作量。Objective To retrospectively summarize the clinical efficacy and practical value of ME- BO ointment in the treatment of extensively infected wound surface. Methods 12 cases with extensively infected wound were admitted from October 2008 to April 2010. MEBO ointment was used in local treatment to- gether with enhancing systematical nutritional support, anti - infection therapy, protection of organ function and epidermal skin grafting after obvious growth of granulation tissues. Results The infectious sings gradually disappeared after the application of MEBO ointment on totally 18 wounds in 12 cases with growth of fresh gran- ulation tissue. Conclusion MEBO ointment in the treatment of extensively infected wounds can apparently control the infection, promote the wound healing and decrease the work load of health care providers.
