淫羊藿总黄酮对高脂血症大鼠PPARγ表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨淫羊藿总黄酮(TFE)对高脂血症大鼠过氧化物酶增殖激活物受体γ(PPARγ)表达的影响。方法 35只健康SD雄性大鼠,随机分为高脂饮食组(A组,26只)和普通饮食对照组(B组,9只)。A组造模成功后,随机分为模型组(A1组,8只)、TFE100mg/d组(A2组,9只)及TFE200mg/d组(A3组,9只),干预4周后测量各组大鼠的PPARγ表达水平。结果与B组比较,A组TG、TC、LDL-C水平明显增加(P<0.01)。给予TFE后,TG、TC水平低于A1组(P<0.05),而PPARγ表达水平较A1组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 TFE能增加高脂血症大鼠的PPARγ表达水平,对内皮有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of total flavonoids of epimedium（TFE） on the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma（PPARγ） in hyperlipemia rats. Methods Thirty-five male SD rats were randomly devided into groups of A（high-fat diet,26rats） and B（full diet,9rats）.After establishment of rat models,group A was further randomly devided into 3 subgroups of A1（hyperlipemia model,8rats）,A2（treated with TFE 100mg/d,9rats） and A3（treated with TFE 200mg/d,9rats）.After 4 weeks,the expression level of PPARγ was measured in each group. Results Compared with group B,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in group A were significantly increased（P0.01）.After treated with TFE,the levels of TG and TC were lower than those in group A1（P0.05）,whereas the expression of PPARγ was dramatically elevated（P0.01）.Conclusion TFE plays an important role in protecting the function of endothelial cells by promoting the expression of PPARγ in hyperlipemia rats.
