摘 要:研究竞争失效模式下的可靠性评估问题,同时考虑退化失效和退化过程中的突发失效对系统可靠性的影响。针对退化轨迹建模方法的不足,采用退化量分布函数描述产品性能的退化过程。考虑突发失效与退化程度的相关性,提出从退化量角度计算突发失效的累计分布函数。在退化量分布函数中按照一定的条件概率剔除突发失效,建立竞争失效的可靠性评估模型,并用最小二乘法估计模型中的参数。以某型激光器的竞争失效数据为例,验证模型的有效性。结果表明,在退化失效分析中,考虑与退化量相关的突发失效的影响,有利于提高可靠性评估的准确性。The reliability assessment for competing failure mode is investigated by jointly modeling the degradation process and associated catastrophic failure.In the proposed method here,firstly a distribution function of degradation measures is used to characterize the degradation process.The cumulative distribution function of catastrophic failure is calculated in terms of degradation data rather than time domains.The competing reliability model is established by removing catastrophic failure from distribution of degradation data.An example of laser with competing failure data is applied to validate the proposed method and the parameters of reliability function are estimated by the least squared method.The results show that considering the impact of catastrophic failure on degradation process can increase the accuracy of reliability assessment.
