摘  要:研究了在pH5.5的弱酸性介质中,利用邻菲口罗啉活化铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化邻氨基酚显色的指示反应,用萃取平衡控制反应时间,水相中邻氨基酚的浓度和反应程度,建立了萃取催化光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。方法的线性范围为0.00050~0.10mg/L,检测限为5.0×10-7g/L。用于水和粮食中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。new extraction catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper was studied.The method is based on the copper() catalyzed oxidation of oaminophenol by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of 1,10phenanthroline as an activator in weak by acidic medium at pH5.5.The reaction time,concentration of oaminophenol in equeous phase and degree of reaction are controlled by extraction equilibrium.The linear range of the method is 0.0005010mg/L,the detection limit is 5.010-7g/L.The method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in water and food samples with satisfactory results.
