摘 要:对植酸和植酸钙、镁、钠盐对铜在合成家庭饮用水中的缓蚀作用进行了研究,采用失重法,用ICP-AES分析腐蚀液中的离子浓度.结果表明植酸钙、植酸镁有很好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率可分别达到93.7%和92.2%.同时用XPS对腐蚀样片的表面进行分析.The inhibition effects of phytic acid and Ca,Mg and Na salts derivations of phytic acid on copper corro sion have been studied in synthetic domestic water (SDW) (pH=6.8) containing 36.8mg·L -1 HCO 3 -,42.6mg·L -1 Cl -,76.8mg·L -1 SO 2- 4 and 100mg·L -1 ClO - at 30℃,Weight losses (by ICP AES) were made in SDW containing different levels of inhibitors from pH 6.5 to 9.2.In the presence of phytic acid or Na phytate,both inhibition and promotion of copper corrosion depend on the concentrations of inhibitors and solution pH.In any case of inhibition or promotion of copper corrosion,the surface films could be formed.As promotion corrosion,the films were formed firstly,then disolved.The inhibition efficiencies of Ca and Mg phytate saturated solutions on copper reach to 93.7% and 92.2% respectively and are better than them of phytic acid or Na salt at comparative concentrations.Surface analysis indicated the presence of Cu phytate or Cu Ca phytate films on the top of the copper oxides film.
