摘　　要：在ｐＨ＝７０的ＮＨ４Ａｃ缓冲介质中，非离子型ＯＰ微乳液存在下，Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）和２，４－二碘基苯基荧光酮（ＤＳＦ）生成蓝色络合物，λｍａｘ＝６４０ｎｍ，ε＝１６２×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏＬ－１·ｃｍ－１，铁含量在０～５μｇ／２５ｍＬ内符合比尔定律，方法用于工业己内酰胺中铁的测定。In the pH=7 0 NH 4Ac buffer solution and nonionic microemulsion medium,disulfonylphenylforone (DSF) can reacts with Fe(Ⅲ) to for a blue 3∶1 complex.The molar absorptivity is 1 62×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 640nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 5μg/25mL.This method can be applied to the determination of iron in caprolactam with satisfactory result.
