麻黄碱滴鼻5天对家兔鼻腔黏膜的影响

摘　　要：目的通过麻黄碱对家兔鼻腔黏膜纤毛影响的动态观察,为临床选择合适的鼻腔减充血剂滴用时间提供参考。方法以27只新西兰白兔为实验对象,2只为对照,其余25只均以1%麻黄碱鼻腔点鼻5 d,分别于点药后当天、10 d、20 d、30 d、50 d处死,取鼻中隔黏膜,进行电镜扫描观察。结果滴用麻黄碱后家兔鼻腔黏膜纤毛排列紊乱,大部分纤毛脱落,停药后,鼻腔黏膜纤毛逐渐恢复,于50 d时全部标本均恢复正常。结论麻黄碱对鼻腔黏膜纤毛有极强的破坏作用,但短期内用药尚可恢复。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of ephedrine on cilia of nasal cavity mucosa of the healthy New Zealand white rabbits and provide scienti？c evidences for using ephedrine.METHODS A total of 27 New Zealand white rabbits were used in the study.There were 2 rabbits in control group and 25 rabbits in experimental group.The rabbits in experimental group were divided into 5 subgroups（5 in each subgroup）.After using 1% ephedrine for 5 days,the samples were obtained instantly and after 10,20,30,50 days respectively and were observed with scanning electronic microscope.RESULTS The cilia of nasal cavity mucosa were disordered and disorganized after using ephedrine.Part of the cilia of nasal cavity mucosa was damaged.The cilia of nasal cavity mucosa recovered completely after stopping use ephedrine for 50 days.CONCLUSION The cilia of nasal cavity mucosa of New Zealand white rabbits can be damaged by ephedrine,and it can be recovered after using ephedrine for a short time.
