输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石并输尿管狭窄的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石并输尿管狭窄的方法及疗效。方法:2007年8月～2010年7月采用输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石并输尿管狭窄患者33例,其中男18例,女15例,平均年龄41.2岁。手术时间40～110 min,平均53 min。结果:术后平均住院4.1天。29例术后随访3～12个月,平均6个月。拔出双J管后3个月复查B超、IVU,26例治愈,治愈率89.7%(26/29)。结论:输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石并输尿管狭窄安全、高效、微创,并发症少。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Holmium laser for treating ureteral calculi and stricture. Methods：The clinical data of 33 patients （18 men and 15 women,mean age 41.2 years） ureteral calculi complicating with stricture treated by Holmium laser lithotripsy and endoureterotomy during August 2007 to July 2010, were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Follow-up was available for 3 to 12 months （mean, 6 months） in 29 cases. The operation time ranged from 40-110 rain （mean,53 min） ,and the average stay was 4.1 d. Ultrasonography and excretion urography were performed 3 monthss after extubation. 26 cases were cured, the cure rate is 89.7%. Conclusions： Holmium laser lithotripsy and endoureterotomy is highly effective, minimally invasive, safe and less complication for treatment of ureteral calculi and stricture.
