摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性后尿道闭锁经直肠超声引导腔内治疗的疗效及安全性。方法:经直肠超声引导下,对5例外伤性后尿道闭锁患者行腔内会师治疗,术后配合尿道灌注及尿道扩张。结果:5例均一次手术切通成功,1例因尿道闭锁段较长,术后2个月再次腔内治疗切除瘢痕组织。5例均排尿通畅,随访6个月～2年,无尿道狭窄复发。结论:经直肠超声引导腔内会师对外伤性后尿道闭锁的治疗安全、有效。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the intracavitary therapy of traumatic poste- rior urethral atresia by transrectal ultrasound-guided. Methods：5 cases of traumatic posterior urethral atresia were treated with intracavitary operative procedure. Patients were applied urethral perfusion and urethral dilation. Resuits：5 patients were cured by one surgery process. 1 patient with longer of atresia need a second surgery process for the scar tissue of the urethra 2 month iater of the first process. Urination was satisfied in 5 cases and all patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years in which had no recurrences of urethral stricture. Conclusions： Intracavitary operative procedure by transrectal ultrasound-guided is a safe and effective therapy for traumatic posterior urethral atresia.
