直腿抬高手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究直腿抬高手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为手法组和牵引组各30例进行治疗,观察2组临床疗效与视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及腰椎疾患综合评分(JOA)改善情况。结果:手法组疗效优良率为80.0%,牵引组疗效优良率56.7%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组的VAS评分与JOA评分均有显著改善,且治疗组改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:直腿抬高手法操作简单,安全,能有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症。Objective： To study the clinical effective of the method of Straight Leg Raise for treating the lumbar disk herniation（LDH）.Methods： Sixty cases of LDH were randomly divided into hand skill treatment group and traction treatment group,30 patients in each group.The clinical evaluation was determined according to VAS score and JOA score.Results： The good rates were 80.0% and 56.7% in hand skill treatment group and traction group respectively,and there was significant difference between these two groups（P〈 0.05）.The VAS score and JOA score were improved in both two groups,but the improvement score of treatment group was more than that of the traction treatment group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The method of Straight Leg Raise can be operated simply and safety,which can effectively treat the LDH.
